Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Peace of mind:

We want you to be happy with your purchase and include as much detail on the product listings as we can, but if you’re not happy with what you receive, please see below on how to reedy the situation:

  1. If you purchase an item from us and it does not adhere to the description, or it is in a different condition to that advertised, return the item to us and we will provide a full refund.
  2. If the item ordered doesn’t fit your application after receipt, return it to us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the total cost of the item but not the original shipping cost.
  3. If you receive an item and it does not work, please call or email us to discuss as any item shipped as tested is sent in full working condition – we are here to assist!
  4. Really important – if you receive an item and the courier delivers it in a damaged condition, please take a photograph of the delivery before opening.  If you which to check the contents to ensure the item isn’t damaged, please do and you can choose to retain the item and accept delivery.  If your item is damaged – please refuse to accept it and ask for it to be returned to sender – we will refund and deal with the return.
  5. Your contact details – we only use your contact details on your order so that we can ensure that your chosen delivery method keeps you up to date on the progress of your order during shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
